Archer Farms commercial & ad music – answers

Thanks to everyone for sharing their interest in the Target Archer Farms commercial. I got such an overwhelming response to my first post (HERE) … I finally received word from Target Corp. about the music in the Archer Farms commercials. Unfortunately it isn’t too insightful.  Here is the text of their responses:
 
Dear David,

Thanks for your interest and enthusiasm concerning our new Archer Farms advertising spot.

After further research, I’ve been advised that the agency used in creating the advertising spot, as well as the names of the musicians is considered proprietary information. I was also advised that the music in this ad was created specifically for the advertisement, and is not available for purchase in the marketplace. I’m sorry for any disappointment.

Great products. Great value. That’s what you’ve come to expect from Target, and we want our advertising to send the same message. Your feedback is a big help to us; so we’ll be sure to share your comments with our advertising executives for further review.
